Our original mission - to be a reliable source of mortgage financing for agricultural producers - is as valid today as it was in 1917, the year this cooperative was founded. At Panhandle-Plains Land Bank, FLCA, agricultural loans remain the cornerstone of our business, and from that base, we have expanded to offer additional types of loans as changes in land use have created new financing needs.
